Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “Ryugakumura” (URL: https://ryugakumura.com/en, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), operated by QIDGE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). Any person who uses the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the User and the Company.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts:

Registration or provision of false information
Acts that infringe upon the rights of the Company or third parties
Unauthorized access, spam, or other fraudulent acts
Improper use of affiliate programs, fraudulent applications for the purpose of obtaining false rewards, etc.
Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information and Personal-Related Information)

1. The Company shall appropriately handle personal information provided by Users (such as name, email address, phone number, etc.) in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. The Company may obtain “personal-related information” about Users, such as cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), IP addresses, browsing history, click history, etc., and, where necessary, link such information with personal data held by the Company and use it for the following purposes:
   Advertisement delivery and measurement of advertising effectiveness
   Measurement of affiliate program performance
   Service improvement and marketing analysis
   Prevention of fraudulent activities and ensuring security
3. Users agree that the Company may provide the information described in the preceding paragraph to third parties such as advertising distributors, affiliate service providers (ASP), and analytics service providers.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the content of the Service without prior notice to Users.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users in relation to the Service.
2. The final decision regarding studying abroad shall be the sole responsibility of the User, and the Company makes no guarantees whatsoever.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Deregistration)
If a User violates these Terms, the Company may suspend the use of the Service or delete the User’s registration.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights to texts, images, videos, and other content provided by the Service belong to the Company.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
The handling of personal information and personal-related information shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms, and the amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.
